Includder’s mission is to assist students in bridging the gap between graduation and their first career opportunities through mentorship. By connecting them with experienced professionals who can guide them in transitioning from education to employment, we strive to promote equal opportunities, foster inclusive workplaces, and empower students with limited access to resources for both personal and professional growth.

What is Mentorship?
OUR MENTORSHIP PROCESS
Mentorship is a dynamic relationship where an experienced individual (the mentor) provides guidance, support, and insights to a less experienced person (the mentee). To create a supportive mentorship journey, we follow three key steps:
ORIENTATION: An initial session aligns goals and expectations, creating a shared vision between mentors and students.
MATCHING AND GUIDANCE: Each mentor-student pair is thoughtfully matched based on aspirations, backgrounds, and career interests, forming a solid foundation for growth.
METRICS AND FEEDBACK: Progress is assessed through ongoing feedback and reflective sessions, emphasizing improvement and celebrating achievements
